Oxford Downs CC Beer FestivalStarts: October 3, 2026Ends: October 3, 2026Location: Oxford Downs Cricket Club, Abingdon Rd, Standlake, Witney OX29 7QH
Description:Annual beer festival in Standlake. 12 beers (not local), some keg, cider, food. £12 gets a glass and 2 tokens. Beer at £5 (£2.50 half). Get the X15 from Oxford (Station, St Aldate's etc) via Abingdon or buses from Witney.

Oktoberfest at breweryStarts: October 3, 2026Ends: October 3, 2026Location: Tap Social Movement - Botley Taproom, 27, Curtis Industrial Estate, N Hinksey Ln, Botley, Oxford OX2 0LX
Description:Classic beer hall, brass bands, a range of German-style beers (including a new one from Tap Social), currywurst pizza, Proof Social pretzels, and bratwurst. Competitions including keg bowling! that's actual bowling with a keg at other kegs? or pins? I've no idea. Free entry. Botley Road is open now so plenty of buses from the city centre, S1, S9, 4, 200. And the 44 which you can get from Abingdon going the other way.

Description:38th annual beer festival from Swindon & North Wilts CAMRA. Thursday 5-10, Friday 12noon to 10pm , and Saturday 12-7). 80 beers plus some cider/perry. Food, music(not Friday).
